A beautifully constructed mattress, it was easy to unpack. Medium-firm but with plenty of movement for a comfy, restful night.
Brilliant value for money and the quality of the materials used is very high.

Tiles arrived and looked fine on visual inspection. They were safely stored and undisturbed until we had the opportunity to install them. It was very disappointing on unpacking to find two tiles unusable (large format tiles) and others chipped.
Especially due to the high delivery cost.
I contacted the Company twice asking for a partial refund for the two tiles as 20% of the order was damaged and have had no response.
Therefore, I would not recommend purchasing from Crown Tiles when it is a distant purchase and there is no way of resolving an issue with them once the order has been received.
I forwarded my emails to Michael following his response to my review and have not received a reply: only compounding my feelings about the poor/non-existent after-sales service!

Phoenix Ottoman Bed - extremely pleased with our purchase. The finish is excellent, the bed is very sturdy, assembly instructions are well laid out and the storage capacity is fabulous, meaning things are stored out of sight.
We did have to redo a step during assembly, through our own error and damaged the wooden buttons, Birlea kindly posted new ones.

Disappointed that Wilko does not value customer loyalty; the Company would rather have you pay an extortionate car parking fine for simply passing through their car park, than waiver it and retain your future custom. Take care on using their 'managed' car parks; Wilko disassociates itself from Horizon Parking Ltd even through it has engaged them.
Why businesses in this country penalise customers in their car parks is beyond belief!

Take heed when entering a Wilko car park; the Company takes no responsibility for it. They are happy to allow their management company to fine you £85 for a supposed 3 minute over-stay on their land, rather than retain your future custom. Very strange attitude when they will lose thousands of pounds as a result.
