I haven't used the site for months as it doesn't work for me. Yesterday I received a payment confirmation for an annual membership, I contacted them immediately asking that they cancel the membership and issue a refund.

Couldn't actually talk to a person. I had to put a request in on chat.

I got a reply this morning basically saying, too late! You can cancel now so next years payment won't be taken.

Recommend Gradwell

We've been with Gradwell for a long time and are happy with the service we receive. We have found them to be very helpful, yes, things can go wrong occasionally, but it's how they deal with them is the main thing. I find Jason Spencer and his team to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (even when it's a user error - me!)

If there has ever been an issue with their system they give you regular updates and usually fix a problem fairly swiftly.
