I haven't used the site for months as it doesn't work for me. Yesterday I received a payment confirmation for an annual membership, I contacted them immediately asking that they cancel the membership and issue a refund.
Couldn't actually talk to a person. I had to put a request in on chat.
I got a reply this morning basically saying, too late! You can cancel now so next years payment won't be taken.
