Snail Order!

Unhelpful time wasting employees who treated me poorly! Told me that my 2 0dena gloves were the same when the same when I Knew they were not!! One was slacker than the other and did not support my fingers on my left hand.It took 5 weeks for them to reach this decision and when they said they would refund me it was not the same amount I paid. I would
Never use this company ever again as they have given me too much heartache when all I wanted was a pair of Odena gloves to support my aching hands.
Painfully awful and it took 5 weeks !
I was cfffered £16 and I paid £37. Lousy at maths too.

Ultimately, and in order to reach a resolution to your query, we processed a refund for the single glove you return to us. Kindly note that we only received back one glove out of the two you purchased, hence the amount refunded.

In any case, I appreciate you feel your experience with Medical Supplies has fallen short of your expectations, and I sincerely hope that we can be of service to you again in the near future.

I ordered a pair of compressed Odena…

I ordered a pair of compressed Odena gloves in Early September. One was perfect the LHGlove was too loose. Got an envelope and returned it on 19th September. Contacted them yesterday the 13th October 35 days after it was returned.They are sending me out what I ordered and sent back!! imp
Not impressed with this company and their staff very slow at doing returns….sfter having my cash since 6th September . Employee are extremely inefficient. Will not order from them ever again. Now you know!!

Changes are desperately Reguired at Raisin!!

Can’t get logged in as you do not have my address on your database! Called the tele-phone number you told me to call on your website. Your Customer service employee told me to chose an address to get started then when my account is open … I should e*mail in & change my address. Illegal procedure it may be a Scam!! If you want me as a customer please update your Database now and remove the fault in your system. It is UNPROFESSIONAl and makes your product flawed!

Incomplete installation!!

Fitter did not complete the installation until March 2022. I had numerous faults and the flue was left open inside from the 15/8/21. I had trouble accessing him and it gave me much heart ache!
