Jeans are good but overpriced. All order took a lot of time and effort. Customer Care was confusing and confused. At the end it happened after some effort and many mails. Item arrived almost 10 days after it has been ordered. You need to be patient with the confused Customer Care and wait patiently.

Finding hotels and booking was very fast and straightforward. Sometimes you need to read very carefully the small print because there are hidden surprises (!). I don't know whose fault it is but some descriptions of hotels and services are not very clear and later they appear to be wrong. Generally I would recommend Booking.com with some questions and notes.

Delivered very fast. Unfortunately a jar with olives was open and all package was damp. No idea if it was done when preparing the package or during delivery. Anyway, not very pleasant.

Trying to log in my account. After attempting with the password saved by Firefox is appears it's the wrong one. Then I have clicked on the link to reset the password and entered the correct e-mail address. Nothing happens. Again - again nothing. Again - no e-mail received. The site is not working properly. After a call to the Support I was told they don't talk to Employees (!) but only to the Employers. So I have to call my Boss and he has to call them to send me a link!?

Tracking site of Hermes is useless. It gives you very general information like 'the parcel is on its way'. That's all tracking available. Also the delivery person not very friendly if at all.
