Delivery of the ordered item was made within the time slot given - and I received a phone call prior to delivery telling me that my order would be with me within half an hour - very useful information! The mode of delivery was courteous, friendly, and helpful - both company and delivery men are worthy of 1he 5 stars given.

I have always been able to apply a 5 star rating to Hermes for both delivery and for the helpful sort of service offered by Couriers. On this occasion I would like to give a rating of FIVE STAR +++
When answering the door to take delivery of a parcel, on Thursday 5th. of August, I had a fall (cause dropped foot syndrome), and my Hermes Courier came to my aid - helped me onto my feet, and made sure that I was safely and comfortably seated, before leaving to continue her deliveries . I am satisfied with the service I get from Hermes. I am always appreciative of Home Delivery Service as I am disabled and so often shop from home. Sometimes I am slow in answering the ring of the doorbell or knock on the door - because of my disablement -.and am appreciative of the fact that the Courier has waited, and greets me with a smile.

I am a completely satisfied customer as regards Scotts of Stow. My orders are received with courtesy ( help given when and if require with patience), and are dealt with promptly;, and notification of dispatch and estimated delivery is equally prompt. However, waiting to place an order by phone, has been a somewhat prolonged experience lately - but I do appreciate that this may be to there being fewer assistants on duty due to "Lockdown" restrictions..
