I am satisfied with the service I get from Hermes. I am always appreciative of Home Delivery Service as I am disabled and so often shop from home. Sometimes I am slow in answering the ring of the doorbell or knock on the door - because of my disablement -.and am appreciative of the fact that the Courier has waited, and greets me with a smile.
