Horrible customer service

Horrible, inconsiderate and unfair.. totally disregarding all positives (in my case over 150 positive reviews and 300 listings), and focusing on the very little unintentional mistake.. UTTERLY DISSAPOINTING!!
You need to have people with feelings working, not insensitive creatures that only copy the same response, without giving someone the chance to explain themselves.
My profile was blocked without warning or notice given, and even after 10 messages sent over email and app, they never justified their decision, only kept copying the same response ocer and over!! Terrible!!

Not helpful

I had 2 items broke that were under warranty still, however we didn't have a way of getting the original proof of purchase, as we were gifted the items. RH CS not only didn't accept to replace them with the original warranty sheets, but they also wouldn't give us 50% discount to help us with the cost of buying new ones. I'm on Maternity leave and on UC, and with the cost of living crisis, every day is a struggle.
Not happy with Russell Hobbs' Customer Service at all, totally unhelpful and inconsiderate, in the end agreed to give us a discount and we bought the items we really needed, only to receive no proof of purchase, nor order receipt.. I emailed them, but haven't got a response..

I bought an item that was faulty and…

I bought an item that was faulty and hence returned it for a refund, which I never received.
I posted the item back on my expense, but it ended up being lost in transit most probably, as it didn't arrive after 3 months, and they keep answering - please wait a little longer..

I can only say that this is THE WORST EVER Customer Service I have received and I'm feeling disgusted by Vova.

I will make sure everyone I know about the inconsiderate treatment I've received after the damage sustained of being left with no itrm and no money in the end. I will also write it on every single blog and shopping-related websites. 

You've lost at least 20 customers for £30.. I wonder if it's worth it..

Goodbye and thanks for nothing!
