Not helpful
I had 2 items broke that were under warranty still, however we didn't have a way of getting the original proof of purchase, as we were gifted the items. RH CS not only didn't accept to replace them with the original warranty sheets, but they also wouldn't give us 50% discount to help us with the cost of buying new ones. I'm on Maternity leave and on UC, and with the cost of living crisis, every day is a struggle.
Not happy with Russell Hobbs' Customer Service at all, totally unhelpful and inconsiderate, in the end agreed to give us a discount and we bought the items we really needed, only to receive no proof of purchase, nor order receipt.. I emailed them, but haven't got a response..
