Joe Graham are an outstanding company. I looked at the website first on the recommendation of my husbands parents who live in Luton because of the great experience they had had. I then decided to visit the showroom which I would highly recommend. The staff there were extremely helpful and informative helping me to navigate dishwashers. All aspects of this purchase have been flawless and the guy who came out to deliver and fit also very competent and knowledgable at what he does. We will definitely use this company again. From ordering the fabric samples to ordering the sofa and the conversations we had on the phone , placing the order and the delivery were all first class. I could not fault the experience with Furniture Story. We are extremely happy with our sofa too!!

Ordering and communication was all good and someone on the telephone very helpful. Delivery also very good, delaying the delivery date until after we were back from holiday.
The plants weren’t exactly what I’d hoped for but a member of the customer service team at Hedges Direct has dealt with me in an exceptional way giving multiple choices for an amicable outcome. The plants will grow I’m certain of that, just got to get on with that now!!

Loved the denim dress I bought, the perfect fit for me and a denim that’s smart. Shop staff were very polite and knowledgable an all round great experience.

Love the designs and the items came promptly and well packaged. Have been buying Bridgewater china MANY years probably from the beginning.
However the mug I purchased is a bit chunky and heavy, not as refined a shape and not as light as the many others I have. This has been bought as a gift though and I know the recipient doesn’t have any to compare it to.

We visited Beth Chatto’s Garden and Nursery on my birthday last year in August and really loved it, just wished I lived a little closer so could visit more often. The nursery does stock plants that are rarer and more special than a lot of other nurseries. I bought an Agastache when I visited and have just ordered 3 more to continue a theme in a newly planted up border. The packaging, quality and prompt arrival of the plants was faultless and they are now in their new home.
Keep doing what you’re doing, we love a family run nursery couldn’t be better.

Love my 2 new mugs, cavalier King Charles spaniel and blue iris. They arrived very well packaged and in good time.

I have no problem with Look Fantastic as such as the order arrived incredibly quickly. On this instance the package looked like it had been dropped or squashed on one side and one item was damaged inside and the lid snapped in two. I have sent a photo and this query is in the process of being resolved so I should probably give 5 stars for your service, but if I was giving this item as a present, I wouldn’t be able to as it too damaged and the seal is also broken.

I was so very pleased with the service from Seymour Home. I went to purchase the dark green gin glasses from a local store and they’d inflated the prices massively since I’d first seen them. I searched for them on line and Seymour Home came up, and came up trumps they certainly did from ordering to a quick dispatch and perfectly wrapped items, an all round 5 star experience, Thank you!!

My item hasn’t arrived yet unfortunately. I rate 1 star because of the serious lack of communication, no returned calls etc. I’m not troubled by the fact the container hasn’t arrived from China, it’s just best business practice to communicate via email that this is the case and then given an estimated time of dispatch. Communication is the key!

The whole experience from the initial visit of understanding what we wanted done to the surveyor and then the guys who completed the work were all very knowledgable and competent, nothing is too much trouble and I would recommend kindlelight as a very trustworthy, high quality company.
