My item hasn’t arrived yet unfortunately. I rate 1 star because of the serious lack of communication, no returned calls etc. I’m not troubled by the fact the container hasn’t arrived from China, it’s just best business practice to communicate via email that this is the case and then given an estimated time of dispatch. Communication is the key!
