Ordering and communication was all good and someone on the telephone very helpful. Delivery also very good, delaying the delivery date until after we were back from holiday.
The plants weren’t exactly what I’d hoped for but a member of the customer service team at Hedges Direct has dealt with me in an exceptional way giving multiple choices for an amicable outcome. The plants will grow I’m certain of that, just got to get on with that now!!
