My order arrived in 2 parts, the first a day or two past the 2-4 days claimed and the second a week later, luckily just in time. I didn't get any communication to tell me when to expect these shipments. The materials seem of good quality at a reasonable price compared to other sources.

A good website and good merchandise, but rather let down by the delivery service: a day later than initially predicted, affected by rain (which luckily didn't get through the inner packaging), all in one big palletised package too large for me to move and delivered only to the kerbside (at the far end of a 50-yard drive) by a driver who had to walk a pallet truck several hundred yards along a narrow, potentially dangerous village street because his lorry was too large to negotiate the one-way system.

Good things: a wide selection on a good website, competitive prices, delivery with no apparent damage by a helpful driver. Not so good: 25 days from order to delivery (perhaps beyond Drench's control) and delivery at a not very convenient time notified only the previous evening.

I have just had a look into this for you and I can see that this needed to be ordered in from the supplier as we didn't have all the items that you ordered in stock, hence why this took a little while to get to you. You should have been informed of this along with a date window of delivery at checkout, but I am really sorry if this didn't occur.
