The razor itself is great. It works well, and looks nice. Delivery was quick and the website is easy to navigate. My only issue is the holder is so hard to get to stay on the shower wall and the razor itself is so heavy that when it’s fallen off the wall it’s left marks on my brand new shower tray! Really not impressed :(

We recently had our kitchen designed by Wickes (Hertford branch) and we went on to purchase our kitchen there. Dane, who designed our kitchen, was excellent. We are so pleased with the layout and look of our kitchen. It’s beautiful and functions exactly as we wanted it to. Despite not going with Wickes fitters, Dane was always on hand to support us once our kitchen was delivered. Would highly recommend Wickes!

Good item but paid for next day delivery and it was very late. They eventually refunded this but made it very difficult.

The wine is nice but I find the discounts and savings to be deliberately confusing! The website is also not the easiest to navigate. Would avoid in favour of other wise subscription services.

Shocking!! I think more Evri parcels must be lost than actually delivered? Where do they go? Why do companies use Evri then take no responsibility when, shockingly, Evri don’t deliver again?

So awful!! How has anyone rated them well! In the last month alone I’ve had two parcels that never turned up and one that arrived VERY late. Not a single parcel has arrived even close to on time. I understand with the ways things are at the moment, deliveries will be delayed but this is extreme and Royal Mail, DPD etc seem to be capable of making deliveries. The only saving grace is the delivery drivers are often very nice.

The dress arrived quickly and was packaged well. However, the material was much cheaper than expected (given the price of the dress) and the fit was really unflattering. Sadly had to send it back (which you unfortunately have to pay for).

Could not recommend this company more. We visited the Enfield store and purchased the 2 seater big chill. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They sorted everything for us to make it easy for us to take home later that day. We loved our sofa so much we decided to also buy the matching footstool. Wevisited the Enfield store having arranged to collect one from there. Again, the staff were so helpful and made the whole experience so easy. I sit here using both of them as I write and I really couldn’t be happier with them! Thanks Snug!

Well known to put your premium up for no apparent reason.

I have used Nuxe products before and they are good. For the first time, I made the mistake of ordering directly from the website. Well I will not be doing that again! I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received anything, no items, no communication whatsoever, yet the money was extremely quick to leave my account: I have emailed four times now, to a few different addresses they offer and have had no response. It is absolutely shocking that a well established company can treat customers like this. They conveniently don’t provided a phone number, making it almost impossible to do anything directly through them. I will be taking further action as they still have my money. So disappointed.

I ordered some items over two weeks ago now and was told the items would be sent within 5 days. I have reveived nothing and have made serveral attempts to contact Nuxe, to which I have received no reply. Do not trust!!
