Beware Nuxe oils

I love Nuxe oils, particularly the Nuxe Oil Prodigieuse which gives a bronze glow to my winter skin! However, the applicator on my last bottle jammed the third time I used it so that no oil could come out. I contacted Nuxe customer service who asked for batch number etc which I immediately supplied, and sent to them with a photo of the bottle. Since then, and despite promising to send a replacement, nothing has happened. The first excuse was 'busy at Xmas', now they are ignoring my emails. Never again! The oil is expensive, sold as a luxury, and it was a present to myself. I'll buy a different oil next time from a company with proper customer service.

A few weeks ago, I contacted your customer service team regarding an issue with a product I had received, the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Or 100 ml. Specifically, I had encountered a recurring problem with the vaporizer component, which had broken for the second time.

I want to commend your team for their prompt and efficient handling of my concern. The first instance of the vaporizer malfunction was promptly addressed, with a hassle-free product exchange facilitated by your team. I genuinely appreciated the level of professionalism and customer-centric approach demonstrated during that interaction.

However, when the replacement vaporizer subsequently broke after only a few uses, I admittedly had concerns about the product's durability. I contacted your customer service team once again, outlining the situation and expressing my desire for a resolution.

BAD SERVICE ! UNDELIVERED FULL ORDER

I love Nuxe products, but never ever again use their official website for ordering ! I've made and paid my order on 30th April 2022 and only received a partial of my order on 9th May and today received an e-mail from them that they have successfully cancelled my order !! what the hell..? and not even right away refunded my money ! A very bad customer service !

Delivery of my order was diverted to a courier service that did not have my order. CS was adamant that I collect elsewhere far from my home. Nuxe refused to send to my home which was the least they could do. I suggest to never ever order on their website and just buy from a store. Nuxe is incapable of online retail professionalism.

Ordered items

Ordered items, should have included candles. The candles weren't in the package sent. I have emailed Nuxe 5 times and not one single reply. Really poor customer service. I would avoid or buy their products from a 3rd party. Avoid buying direct from Nuxe

Amazing!

Amazing!

Never had a bad experience ordering from Nuxe or with their products. Where issues have arisen, they have always been rectified by their amazing social media team/customer service team.

I have been using Nuxe products for YEARS since discovering them in French pharmacies and have ordered from the Nuxe website and other stockists (M&S, Escentual, etc.) and my items always arrive stunningly packaged and with ample samples :).

I love the brand, the products and their ethics and will continue to purchase from the company.

Awful

I ordered some items over two weeks ago now and was told the items would be sent within 5 days. I have reveived nothing and have made serveral attempts to contact Nuxe, to which I have received no reply. Do not trust!!

I was sent used second hand products.

I purchased 2 gift sets with Nuxe during the after Christmas sale. One of the sets APPEARED absolutely perfect, the other one - the tamper seal had been opened and sticky taped over, which I wasn't too happy about, but as I was treating myself, not gifting it to anyone else I would have overlooked it had it not been for the fact that two of the four products had clearly been opened, the lip balm had a gouge in it and the hand cream tamper plastic had been removed and badly placed back on. This could have easily been missed by me had I not spotted the sticky tape on the box and only found out too late (I store things until I need them) to send back or it could have been a present for someone and been a massive disappointment to them. I have sent a message to Nuxe (as they avoid putting a telephone number on their website, although they are happy to ask for yours) to try and get a NEW replacement and postage costs/label to send it back, as I don't see why I should be out of pocket for their error. I cannot believe a supposedly high end manufacturer would make this kind of mistake, surely they should have some sort of quality control checking returns haven't been opened and used, so the don't end up flogging used germ filled goods to unsuspecting customers who are making fresh purchases in good faith.
