Great pricing doesn’t matter if you don’t receive the order.
Viovet has great pricing. I set up a repeating order for cat food. Early on in the subscription one delivery came very late, but I let it go and carried on with the subscription. It’s been okay for the past few months.
However, the most recent delivery was dispatched- and then I received an email from the carrier to say the delivery had been cancelled. No explanation, no communication from Viovet. It has been five working days since I contacted Viovet. They have over £70 of my money, and I have no cat food in return.
I’ve cancelled my repeating order. No matter how good the pricing, if they don’t actually deliver the order then it’s clearly a false economy. Such a shame.
Looking forward to seeing if I get a response here following multiple ignored emails.
