As a returning customer the mystery of what to buy has gone. With so much choice the initial sample pack was perfect and offered many evenings of warmth while doing research. Now armed with our new found knowledge we have bought a more focused selection enabling us to quickly start our wood burning central heating stove before leaving it smouldering and warming our house and barn.

We are renovating a cottage and barn in Cumbria. As determined conservationists we have installed as many 'green' systems as possible, including a back boiler stove and solar thermal system to supply our heating and hot water.
Logs are easy to obtain and are free at the moment but we needed to explore other avenues. We struck lucky with our first contact. The Wood Fuel Cooperative supplied a cornucopia of burnable bits and bobs with precise characteristics and bizarre names.
D elivery was as promised and the cost is proving to be reasonable. It is going to be warm in our new house for very little money.
Only downside is the bag of firelighters that don't really get things going but we will persevere.

Needed to buy a kitchen filter tap for our new guest house. Did the usual searches and discovered Tap Warehouse. Easy website to navigate with lots of options in every category. Prices competitive but at no sacrifice to quality of product or service. Delivery time was as promised and packaging was excellent. Very pleased to recommend this company.

I like quirky company names. I didn't even buy handles! Two coded locks were sourced and purchased to match doors with existing black door furniture. Same quality as many other similar purchases, this time in black, but at a very competitive price. Speedy delivery, well packaged, no complaints. Now we just have to replace few door frames, rehang the doors, fit the locks and we can keep people out.

Only four stars because items on website were discovered to be no longer available from the manufacturers. Dealt with sympathetically and speedily but still an initial avoidable error.

Excellent website with lots of easily accessible information. Wide range of products in every category I've ever needed to look in so probably the same across the board. Prices not necessarily the cheapest but as always quality of product and service is worth paying for. Delivery, though slightly out of the control of Gear4music, is always as promised.
