Ten years a happy customer.
I believe I have been a customer for nearly ten years. Probably the best move I made in my 70 years of banking - including 5 years working for the Westminster. The systems have changed somewhat!
My account runs so smoothly. When I need help it is available quickly and so pleasantly. My hearing is very poor but due note is made and the staff take heed and patiently allow for this. I wish the phone app could also be used on my iMac.
