Honestly you think you've booked a flight then called on an unknown number to be told it isn't available but your money is safe.. Initially thinking is this a scam? Thereafter Alex Rollins did everything he said he would and got me on the same flight! A little upselling but reassured. May go direct to the Carrier next time as not gonna lie, was unsettling.

Excellent. No hassel, timely, and courteous through-out. Broke down on the M3 and had to free wheel into an SOS. Gave advice on the phone in regard to safety. Mechanic diagnosed the problem on-route. Confirmed and towed to home address with a repair on the drive the following day. Bit pricey maybe, but overall priceless

Our old boiler blew and cascaded water to the floor below, late at night, on a Sunday in freezing temperatures. We rang DPB expecting to leave a message to come Monday and someone answered the phone! Enough said. We have used DPB since we arrived in our old Victorian Terrace in Scarborough 7 years ago. The founder Dan is so approachable and all his growing band of staff so helpful. We had no hesitation in joining a Home plan for our boiler.

It was deceiving to have the 10 and the 5 calendar order ahead of the single one..did all the work to discover I was ordering 10 not one..then unable to easily reduce down to one and having to start again. Nearly went somewhere else as a consequence.

Arrived on time..was courteous, professional, considerate and all in all excellent delivery of service.

Having a phone shop in store was really convienent. The assistant was Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and I was more than happy to let them transfer my information, secure my original number and let my current provider know I was moving on.

I asked for a valuation of my vehicle and got three '£N/A' messages across the condition of my car. The no-reply email made seeking clarification an impossibility. I assume they don't want my Porsche, but a polite message to that effect would have been appropriate.

The Son used Slaters for his wedding along with the best men and they continue to provide good service for our second family wedding. Albeit a bit smaller in these times!
