I wasn’t satisfied with their product and I gave them feedback and ask for a refund. Less than 24 hours, I had the PayPal refund. If this isn’t a good customer service, what is!

So easy and so fast.
I applied to Hanseatic bank last month and they didnt give me a credit card even though I have been a reliable Turkish immigrant for 5 years with a stable job that pays me 65K€ a year. I was just about to change my blue card into permanent residency and they just rejected because they are racist.
I applied to advanzia with my permanent residency so I can’t confirm that it would be the same but you didn’t ask for additional visa documents like they did.

Wir haben 2 Metal Schränke bestellt. Superschneller Transport, wir waren beeindruckt! Allerdings war einer der Schränke etwas beschädigt auch wenn das Paket gut geschützt war. Ich würde das beschädigte Schrank gerne zurückgeben, aber das ist eine Menge Arbeit.

I ordered Coralie Bridal Dress - XS for my court wedding on 2nd of November 2023 and package is delivered on 6th of November. Even though the dress is beautiful, it didn't fit me and I wanted to return it. I initiated the refund and sent it by Express post on 16th of November. The item reached them on 22nd of November and I got an automatic email, saying "Please allow 7-14 business days for our team to review and process your return before your resolution is issued. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete." But this email never came! Today is 7th of January and I sent them email 3 times, asking about my situation.
The dress costs 333 EUR, which is quite heavy on my financials and I find the process way too long.

We assembled it and the assembly was harder than it seems. The joints really didn't position as we wanted and we needed to try a lot of combinations.
Once we are done with it, it looked good. We put the jackets on and it is not 10 degree tilted. It doesn't give us stable vibes.

Even one star is too much. I tried to open a bank account for my salary. After I am signed up online, it automatically told me to bring my work permit and passport with me. I did. The customer representative also told me to bring my place of residence. Why didnt you inform me then? The other day I went there again just to submit my place of residence, after a week, I got 'haven't you legitimated your bank account?' emails. I had to go to the bank account because obviously there is a problem. The representative said there was a crash in the system, and she had to enter my info all over again. DUDE. That's Bank. You cant have a breakdown in your system. I also asked if I have to do anything for Online Banking. She told me I have to activate it by myself. My letters about my banking account came after a week (fortunately) and I've been trying to activate online banking. But it tells me I have to register first and send the document to some address. COME ON! Isnt it enough already??? Thats a terrible customer experience! I feel like crying right now because I don't want to deal with this anymore!!! Now what? I am going to send some stuff to some address and wait for another week???? Is that what you want?? It is unbelievable.
