Even one star is too much
Even one star is too much. I tried to open a bank account for my salary. After I am signed up online, it automatically told me to bring my work permit and passport with me. I did. The customer representative also told me to bring my place of residence. Why didnt you inform me then? The other day I went there again just to submit my place of residence, after a week, I got 'haven't you legitimated your bank account?' emails. I had to go to the bank account because obviously there is a problem. The representative said there was a crash in the system, and she had to enter my info all over again. DUDE. That's Bank. You cant have a breakdown in your system. I also asked if I have to do anything for Online Banking. She told me I have to activate it by myself. My letters about my banking account came after a week (fortunately) and I've been trying to activate online banking. But it tells me I have to register first and send the document to some address. COME ON! Isnt it enough already??? Thats a terrible customer experience! I feel like crying right now because I don't want to deal with this anymore!!! Now what? I am going to send some stuff to some address and wait for another week???? Is that what you want?? It is unbelievable.
