Not for me, but excellent support team.

While I did not appreciate the initial courses as I found the robotic voice irritating and it was out of sync with the lip movement, I was not inspired to look further into the site and wanted to cancel my subscription. This took some time to work out as you actually have to write an email to the support team. However, the team was rapid and solved my issues in a friendly manner.

Despite in my opinion of being conned…

Despite in my opinion of being conned into signing up and having 39.99 taken from my account , I accepted that it may have been my mistake but unsubscribed . Today I note that another payment of 39.99 is pending in my account . This is no mistake and only serves to validate by initial assessment of this company , if not fraudulent then flying pretty close to it . I Want my money back !
