Nightmare of a company with no service
Only joined Lyca Mobile 2 weeks ago as 5G is now in my area, with the intension of porting my number to them after a month of trial. I'm so glad I didn't port over! For the last three days I've not been able to make calls or send sms. Also not able to speak to customer service, login online or through the app to cancel my auto renew. Not great and wouldn't recommend Lyca Mobile. Stay well away... Thank goodness I still had my other sim, otherwise it would have been a nightmare. :(
