Really disappointed by the battery…

Really disappointed by the battery life, 2 days and it needs charging. This is with a brand new tracker. The website says two weeks battery life, so I would expect at least 7/8 days under normal user. Customer service is also extremely slow to non existent.

Excellent blinds and customer service.

Excellent blinds and customer service.
I ordered 4 and one of them was slightly uneven at the end, so rolling off longer on one side. they quickly explained to me how to easily fix this.

They are very good quality and I plan on ordering one more, the only thing I think they could improve on is more choice of printed fabrics for the twist and go range.

Really impressed with my pet bagless…

Really impressed with my pet bagless hoover, it is light at 2.5 kg but so powerful. Perfect for a flat or small house as I don't have much storage. At 54.99 compared to others at almost 300.00 I can't believe how strong and efficient it is. I like that you can wash the filters and the dust bucket.

Shelves look great in my kitchen

I initially left a one star review as I was really disappointed that the shelves had a lot of knots and a noticeable line down the middle where the two pieces of wood are joined. However now that the shelves are up im really happy with them, and the website was easy to use and customer service was great. I do still think however that the website should put better photos and make the knots and line clear to customers.

Sent them my faulty lead as they asked

Sent them my faulty lead as they asked, never heard from them again. This is after them saying it's nothing to do with them that the clip is faulty and comes off the dogs harness, despite them manufacturing the lead they said its the shop where I bought the lead from that has to do something.

Thank you for your review.

We previously explained in your previous review from 8 Dec 2023, 'Lead comes off harness - this is a known issue', that you needed to contact us to make us aware of the issue.

We advised that the best course of action was to contact the shop in which you purchased from. In this instance, we are not directly liable due to the sale of purchase. The store in which you had purchased from would have been the decision makers for the product, if they deemed it faulty, it would have been returned to us, and you would of received either a new lead or refund, at your own disclosure.

There could of been a manor of reasons to the clip being faulty, from source, from human error, through transportation etc. This is why it's best to go back to the sale of purchase with a receipt for them to further advise.

Unfortunately, after a while of searching through records, we never recieved your lead, tracking information or anything of relevancy to show the product was sent back to us.

We apologise for any inconvinience caused at this time.

very difficult to get through to anyone, impossible to find telephone number. Finally i did and it says 'sorry we are currently very busy please try later' and it cuts you off!

Very quick refund…

I ordered some tape in extensions that were meant to be dark brown colour 2 but were a chestnut brown. I sent them back and the refund was in my PayPal account the next day which was great. I think im going to order in a darker colour, its just a bit tricky to use their colour guide.

Lead comes off harness - this is a known issue

Really disappointed with response when I contacted them to explain that my dogs lead came off her harness due to no tension in the clip. Luckily we were not near a road.
After a bit of research I came across several accounts of this happening. The stock response from EzyDog seems to be that its not their problem as the lead has been purchased through a supplier.
But it's your product! You manufactured it but you don't stand by it. What difference does it make where the lead was bought? If you manufacture a product and it's faulty then you need to do something, telling customers that you can't do anything is bizarre and very bad customer service.

product looks nothing like the website

product looks nothing like the website. The topper looked like it was from a fancy dress shop, that is no exaggeration. There was no parting, so no scalp line, looked so bizarre like a furry animal. They will not refund you so you have to choose a product to the same value. So Ive got 4 tiny bottles of shampoo and some polyester scrunchies and a polyester pillowcase. The topper was so awful I actually started laughing when I saw it, until I remembered how much money Id lost. Avoid this company at all costs.

Alpro not whole not milk tastes disgusting, I thought it was off. Im not fussy when it comes to food but I had to throw this away. Tastes like cheap sugar condensed milk or something.

I don’t understand why the buyers have…

I don’t understand why the buyers have the option of choosing 1.99 as a small second class royal mail parcel. 3.20 is the price, customer services told me cancel sale and select next parcel size up, im not going to charge 5 to send a 3.20 parcel. No one will pay this when they know it only costs 3.20 anyway. An easy fix that their website could change.
