I was thinking of purchasing it as I could not get to this promised "Free Trial" and then I started reading these reviews. Some of them are worth noticing:

1) Payment issues on their website, when it freezes.
2) Credit calculcation problems. They promise a figure, but does not deliver.
3) Once you cancel your subscription, the assets no longer can be used.
4) Some of the features (models) they advertise, does not even work.

These 5 points where enough to understand to stay away from Artlist.io

They were helpful with signing the…

They were helpful with signing the contract, but now when we have a question and need help, there is no answer. We have sent out 2 emails over a week ago - no one on the other end is interested.

Edit:
Managed to get via Live Chat and the agent told me that they have not received any emails from us. Dated screenshot of the email going out was provided. No failed delivery of the email was issued or to say it has bounced.
Reference number provided from the transcript of the live chat. As no other references were received.
First email was sent via webform - no answer.
Also, searching for transactions via TrustPayment Portal is not very user friendly as it only allows so many days to look up, but does not say how many - only - "it's too many". And then the selection keeps jumping to random dates. Confusing.

Star rating from 2 to 1.
We sent another email, someone replied that he could not find us on their system, so replied with more details. No response. Days later - Got an email - "How would you rate this resolution?".

This is a complete joke now. No one has ever been in touch to discuss this situation. Like I mentioned at the beginning - They were quick and helpful to sign you on, but when you look for help or need assistance, they are not interested.

Finally, after a few weeks we have gotten somewhere.
We had set up an administrator via the Portal and we thought that should do the job, but seems like it was a pointless exercise.
Also, one of your support members said that they can not locate us on your database. Email was sent from our domain name, so that was a bit worrying for a moment.

Be careful when you look what page builder integrations they have, as this is not true. They have all these features, like link assist which does not even work with the page builders they have stated.

The Sonar is glitching

The Sonar is glitching. Iv sent logs and all types of details - no resolution. Their support can not fix this and Im not the only one with such issue as Iv seen same thing on their Discord. The app keeps de-asigning devices and I have to manually set them back after i turn on my pc or restart. Does not happen all the time, but will happen every here and then.
Never had similar issue with different make headsets.
Also, the headset Arctis 5 is low quality as it has come apart in just over a year. I would not expect this to happen that early.
Keyboard and mouse so far has been great, but I would not recommend purchasing headsets (especially the Arctis 5) from Steelseries.

Been with the 3 (sim and mobile plan)…

Been with the 3 (sim and mobile plan) for at least 6 years. Haven't had any issues really. There was a times when the connection and coverage was poor, but now since they joined with Vodafone Id like to think the coverage and connection has become better.
Been on the website with the chat support - theres a pretty decent size room of improvement, starting with the chat itself, as it kept disconnecting in the middle of the conversation and I have been unable to get a deal on the first try. Then, sometimes, the agents don't seem to be reading the enquiries in full and not getting into the point for at least 30 min, but, that's how they probably drag their time during the day.
I have also tried the 5g hub - the speed was good, as what you would expect from a 5g, but the ping was pretty huge and totally not suitable for gaming as I was getting too many packet losses. So, if you're looking for a 5g hub for gaming, this might not be the best option - for anything else, will do the job.
Overall I'm satisfied with Three and don't plan to move elsewhere.

After 4 Years of Loyalty, Hetzner Locked Me Out and Threatened to Delete My Data

I have been with them since 2021. Decent and cheap web hosting. But until some changes in their payment system. Just because my monthly bill is too small, they have merged 3 months into 1 payment. It is not always easy to monitor when the 3 months has done a roundtrip (appreciate the reminders) and when I should expect an invoice. Once it's received, I don't even get a month to react and I get threats that dept collector agency will knock on my door and request the 6€ I owe them. And top of that, my services were blocked and my business got disrupted. The 3 months period and then 2 weeks to get it cleared is unbalanced, locking out and sending threats is shocking.
Before coming here, I did emailed them to get to the bottom of this, but the staff who's name I believe is [removed]. was not interested to look at my complaint. Shocking. Not even apologized for disruption of my business.
I am rating Hetzner with 2 stars just because they have competitive prices, but the customer care is horrible.
If someone from Hetzner is reading this - Do not ask me to follow you up with more details or anything, instead ask your staff who dealt with me and then work it out. You weren't interested to solve my complaint, so now I'm not interested to update this review.

Aggressive connection request

Purchased a plugin from WooCommerce. Plugin wont be updated as usual as the site needs to be connected with Woo. Alright, tried doing that, Woo fetched some details on its own - would not let me in as the account is incorrect. Recovered password, cleared the cache - account not found! Great! Woo merged up with WordPress and has caused this mess. In the end, somehow managed to get into the right account and manually download and upload/install the new release plugin.

My site will not be connected to the Woo.
This review will be updated once the aggressive connection request gets taken down and I can update plugins via admin dashboard.

Poor pre sale service

I have tried to get a simple yes or no answer to one question about automation, but the only way these guys would get in touch is via booking a time slot for a "quick discovery call". It is a simple questions I have and I dont want to be talking with some random sales rep who will try to talk me into going ahead and start a plan right away. Very poor pre sales service as I al unable to get a simple yes/no answer about the feature. I have also tried to look on their website, but they dont provide a full info of what they offer, what features. Everything is hidden, kept as a secret etc.

Edit and Update.
I sent email to the email provided in the reply. Been 11 days and no answer.

Also, these guys are hiddenly trying to sell you another website to use some of the journeys. Mailchimp have hidden fees for their journeys and flows.

Poor pre-sale and got scammed

I was trying to see what automations this company offers - no information. Requested a demo, got an email to create an account, did that thinking it will be my demo, but no, I got trapped into creating a live account where I have to link my website and everything.
Went to the chat, it was Ai bot and real support is available only for accounts who pay for the service. So, how am I supposed to understand what this company offers before I buy it??? Feels like a scammer agency, no pre-sale support what so ever, lots of information, which does not offer enough info.

edit: Was just reading the reviews and it is scary. Gives me an impression of poorly organised company, when they only take action after a review has been left.

Thank you Truspilot for helping me not to choose this company.

1) Website sells your data and you have…

1) Website sells your data and you have to manually request for your data not to be sold.
2) They are sending newsletter without the unsubscribe link. Also, in the dashboard, there is no settings to control it.
3) The whole website does not feel as one, very chaotic, feels like labyrinth, difficult to find things.
4) If you purchase anything from this website, you will get 7 different invoices/statements for single purchase/item instead of 1 invoice where you break down all the costs etc

So far, so good. A decent service for a price that is perhaps a little bit over the average, but so far seems to be very adequate if I compare to other cheaper solutions.
I'm using WordPress hosting, the dashboard (SiteGround) is very simple and easy to use, not taking ages to load, not overfilled with confusing stuff, well designed.

The online agents (live chat) Iv used it twice and both times with a positive resolution.

Couriers damaging parcels on purpose so they don't have to deliver in specific time slots 5-6PM. Not the first time this happens. DPD Wolverhampton depot!

Suggestion: Do not offer services that you can not complete.

It started very well

It started very well, and it aint bad now either, but it's and average service and I have come across some negative surprises that I wasn't aware before and it was not mentioned on their price list. Of course, I did reached out and all they said - nothing we can do about it. :)
So yeah, this is an average hosting, perhaps even below average, with limited technical features.

IT guys from the fiver

I dont use it that often, but when I use it then its always with a great difficulty. Their website is always glitching and not loading. My wife cant order anything at all anymore. Been on with a support and as always - they does not seem to know how to resolve things. I can see they are having updates and changes, but seems like they have hired IT guys from the fiver. Oh yeah, and this last update they have, when you have to connect the bank, is the best as it messes up the personal information on currys site. Well done dev team. xD
