They were helpful with signing the contract, but now when we have a question and need help, there is no answer. We have sent out 2 emails over a week ago - no one on the other end is interested.

Managed to get via Live Chat and the agent told me that they have not received any emails from us. Dated screenshot of the email going out was provided. No failed delivery of the email was issued or to say it has bounced.
Reference number provided from the transcript of the live chat. As no other references were received.
First email was sent via webform - no answer.
Also, searching for transactions via TrustPayment Portal is not very user friendly as it only allows so many days to look up, but does not say how many - only - "it's too many". And then the selection keeps jumping to random dates. Confusing.

We sent another email, someone replied that he could not find us on their system, so replied with more details. No response. Days later - Got an email - "How would you rate this resolution?".
This is a complete joke now. No one has ever been in touch to discuss this situation. Like I mentioned at the beginning - They were quick and helpful to sign you on, but when you look for help or need assistance, they are not interested.

Finally, after a few weeks we have gotten somewhere.
We had set up an administrator via the Portal and we thought that should do the job, but seems like it was a pointless exercise.
Also, one of your support members said that they can not locate us on your database. Email was sent from our domain name, so that was a bit worrying for a moment.
