The Sonar is glitching

The Sonar is glitching. Iv sent logs and all types of details - no resolution. Their support can not fix this and Im not the only one with such issue as Iv seen same thing on their Discord. The app keeps de-asigning devices and I have to manually set them back after i turn on my pc or restart. Does not happen all the time, but will happen every here and then.
Never had similar issue with different make headsets.
Also, the headset Arctis 5 is low quality as it has come apart in just over a year. I would not expect this to happen that early.
Keyboard and mouse so far has been great, but I would not recommend purchasing headsets (especially the Arctis 5) from Steelseries.
