Wow what an amazing shopping experience with William Wood, from selecting my item to delivery to assembly everything was so easy and quick.. I was kept informed about my delivery, the driver messaged me and told me when he would be coming which made the process smoother as I knew I had to be home then, the assembly of my console table was quick and easy and the console table is of very high quality and looks amazing in my hallway, I will definitely be shopping from William wood again :)

So my friend sent money to my account in error, and then decided to recall the money of £950 back to his Barclays account. With it now being the 25th working day Natwest still have not been able to send the money back to Barclays and they are trying to tell me they need to investigate as to where the money has gone ( they’ve lost £950 !) after several phone calls the complaints team still haven’t called me back and the team at Natwest are adamant they will not call until a full investigation has been done ! Crap company ! For leading me on telling me the money will be back in the account in a few working days and no one actually bothered to check on the progress ! And then they tell me they’ve got a processing team in India ! Well they need to give them a lot more training if they can’t do something as simple as processing
