Bad Customer Service !
So my friend sent money to my account in error, and then decided to recall the money of £950 back to his Barclays account. With it now being the 25th working day Natwest still have not been able to send the money back to Barclays and they are trying to tell me they need to investigate as to where the money has gone ( they’ve lost £950 !) after several phone calls the complaints team still haven’t called me back and the team at Natwest are adamant they will not call until a full investigation has been done ! Crap company ! For leading me on telling me the money will be back in the account in a few working days and no one actually bothered to check on the progress ! And then they tell me they’ve got a processing team in India ! Well they need to give them a lot more training if they can’t do something as simple as processing
