We are sorry to learn that you were unhappy about aspects of the paperwork that we sent you.

In order to represent a client’s interests with their bank, we must obtain a Letter of Authority (LOA) from our client giving us permission to do so, in a format approved by the banks and, unfortunately, this has to be a separate LOA for each lender. Once we have receive the LOAs, if any have been completed incorrectly or are incomplete it is sometimes necessary to re-issue a LOA as the original would not be accepted by the bank. Unfortunately, as in your case, this can amount to quite a lot of correspondence!

We try to be as clear as possible with our paperwork. We send cover letters, alongside all our forms, to outline what is required, including all important information and our return address details. We have a contact page on our website www.findyourppi.com/contact which has useful FAQ's to help answer queries. We also have a contact form to enable clients to email us any further questions or to request assistance with form completion. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. This said, we completely understand that dealing with finance institutions can be quite daunting, particularly as additional time pressures were introduced and standard industry procedures changed in the count down to the PPI deadline to try to help as many people as possible to get their claim lodged.
