GOODS NEVER RECEIVED

GOODS NEVER RECEIVED. This is the worst company I had the displeasure to buy from. Do not use this company they don’t have customers services they don’t give you track information. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered On 12 November, delivery date was 18th November it NEVER ARRIVED they got my money and they don’t delivered my products. Disgusting. I’m trying over 2 weeks now get my refund and after waiting 45 minutes on call “customer care” they just rang off I’d say I go judicial

Can’t give ZERO
Very disappointed no reply to mail no costume care no answer by phone absolutely chocking!
Got several things from the range online on late OCTOBER I paid 10£ for delivery and still not received my goods
Want my refund now but for real no sure if that will happen reading the reviews here Jesus help me
Never buy from them

Very bad communication no option to trAck order , is late up to 10 days now
No reply at mail No reply on customer care. Very disappointed. Try the contact number waiting for 21 minutes and no answer. Disgusting.

Very hard to contact no online chat phone number for customer care doesn’t call at all. Have a order they never delivered how can I track this order how can I contact the costumer care.. very disappointed

I Chose buy a TV in there because my…

I Chose buy a TV in there because my boys broken 3 50” tv during the lockdown and many mums with special need children buy electronics there with insurance to acidental damage that covers any issues, staff was fast and attentive so I’m happy. Tv still 100% I didn’t need use the insurance at the moment but if I need I will write a review after. Thanks

My experience is with my local shopping…

My experience is with my local shopping in BANDON cork This is my first experience with specsavers and I don’t expect buy again from them. I ordered a glasses , a glass lenses and a pair of contact lenses all very expensive up to 450€ and now I’m waiting for 24 day’s and nothing is ready yet. I’ve call them and looks like they even know my order. My contact lenses are not there my glasses are not there my glass lenses are not there. Completely not profissional I’m not happy with this company and I will not recommend to anyone they don’t have minimum respect to the costumers that expended a lot of money at their store.

It never fails
If you are happy to pay cheaper prices and wait Between 1 - 3 months you will Absolutely love then. I find small things that we are always needing and I just buy from them and wen I m just about to need it they come true by post. Also if the item don’t arrive they refund policy is pretty easy.

Very happy with product

Very happy with product.
I will give only 4 stars because they don’t ship to Ireland It would make much more easy for me that I was interested on buy two bundle of product. Anyway got it from two websites Argos and littlewoods Ireland Got them within 5 working days and I’m very happy with the products I got an Vax 4 cordless vaccum and a Vax fresh steam both work pretty good and I’m sure I will use them a lot. Hope they are durable so I will buy an carpet cleaner from this brand thanks

I’m very impressed

I’m very impressed. After read many negative and awful reviews here I was really worried after placed my order because I didn’t get any confirmation mail and the money was gone from my account. In two working days I finally got confirmation mail and the goods are receive incredible fast in 5 days! All in order. Very happy with this and yes I would recommend littlewoodsireland thank you!!!

Frustrating at first.

After place order I ensure to mail them to make sure they have my correct address and also to let them know that people have difficulty to find my address I don’t know why because is simple wen u have a correct address plus eircode. I Got the text for installation due on today ALL DAY and guess what? Nobody come in, so I mail them to ask what is happening that I didn’t got any at my door. And they said they have issues with my address. I’m already very frustrated waiting 7 days for nothing at home expecting them and nothing. Also I don’t understand why the engineers simply call to the number and ask about the address or any difficult they may have plus that I said on mail that they can call at any time. So on mail they say “you will get a message with another booking info” so should I wait more 7 days? Not fair. They should come in straight next day. Waiting to see now. At moment can’t say good things about them. Once I mail them explaining the situation for make sure I didn’t get this today. But seems like they didn’t understand or give any importance to my informations.

“Buy a 50” tv online delivery in 3 days scream was broken and damaged box. Send it back, they send me another one and guess, SCREAM BROKEN AGAIN box also damaged. Order cancelled and got money back. I will not buy there anymore” maybe at store.

Bad coverage
I was will puretelecom past 6 months no issue good connection. Have to move home from cork- to countryside 38km from cork - and they said don’t cover that area, so I have to cancel and pay 150€. Don’t think it is fair because it’s not my fault if they have a bad coverage area.
