Had a fanstastic experience at Mahon store in cork. Mariam was great and super patient with us, she helped us in everything. She was great. The store is super neat and smells amazing ☺️ can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive.

Scam company

Scam company.

Never sent the product it’s been 42 days and no delivery and no tracking number.
gonna try a refund now on my own bank was of course they won’t do it.

Super serious company I’m delighted

Super serious company I’m delighted! I have previous purchased a hover board on Amazon, it arrived damage one week before today Xmas eve, I was desperate! I found Voltes online and read fast delivery reviews, I had the Hope it would arrive for Xmas! Ordered on the 18 December, DELIVERED YESTERDAY 23 December to IRELAND 💃💃 I’m super happy will be a happy boy this eve. And the hover board is absolutely superior and looks very well made, simple, and resistant. No need to calibrate balance, it’s perfect. I turn it on attached the hoverkart and is ready to go 🙌🏻 THANKS VOLTES will def recommend and also buy our next one from you!

Hi Wayne, yes I am saying that the delivery refund -the one they said have been done in December- has never been issued in my account, of course I can prove it you should do a better resource before come here and say anything. You and your adorable company have all my personal information that ones I give wen I placed my order, including my mail address. So should you contact me so I can PROVE that I never received any amount back from your company. Hope see you on my mail box. But off course I will not receive any mail regarding this because custome services doesn’t exist in THE RANGE and also I have mail contact “custome care” many times and believe or not nobody reply me. So yes. I don’t have my money back and also I don’t have the goods. So this company stole from me just like that.
now I got a mail with hundred apology’s and saying a FULL REFUND has been made this has now 4 working days, I will wait 14 and then to come back here and PROVE that I have not received this.

I can assure you we have not stolen anything from in any way, I had checked your account and I can see that you were refunded the delivery on 15/12/20 and that has gone back to the payment method used to palce the order. This may not be your account if you did not use your account to make payment. AlsoI can see that my colleague who raised the refund yesterday for you has done so and that has also been accepted and processed so also go back to the same account that was used to make payment.

Sorry that you feel that Customer Service does not exist however I can see the emails that we have had with you in regards to this, the latest one yesterday as I said advising the refund for the products has been requestsed.

Never received my goods

Never received my goods. I purchased in 12 November 2020, today 14th January 2021 and I the delivery never arrived I’m so frustrated. There’s no customer service. They say they refund me my delivery cost that I pay 10€ wen I make my order, this money that they said refunded never show up on my bank account. They never refund me the full order I never received my products. This company is disgusting there’s no customer care I have no idea how this company still allowed to “word” disgraceful. I have spoke with them over 12 times and the answer is “the product is on its way and the delivery costs has been issued” with is LIE!! Do not use run from them I will never recommend this company and I will destroy it every time I have the chance to do so.
Do not buy from the Range!!

If you are saying that you have still not received the refund for delivery then you would need to provide evidence of this to the team that you have been emailing as the systems shows it has been done and you have received it.

They can also chase the delivery if you have still not received this.

This is the worst company ever do not…

This is the worst company ever do not buy from them, don’t even look at their website.
Ordered Xmas decorations on early November 12th till today I never received my goods and also they never make a refund. This company is a scam, already contact them over 12 times they always says sorry and that the refund is on the way.. very disappointed, DO NOR BUY FROM THEM
