FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

Cancelled after 30 days waiting a technician to come to my home to install the services. My hole house without internet for 30 days because they don’t have capacity to come to a correct address make an installation. Every time I call waiting time up to 40 minutes and every single time any off the staffs have any CLUE any CONNECTION between them. Every time I have to listen an different opinion. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. RUN from them. The price they ask don’t worth all problems you will have. Make sure to keep distance from them.
I hope don’t get ANY bill after this 30 days of ZERO services. If I get I will go judicial because I don’t want even have the displeasure to contact them one more time.

this is the worst company I had the displeasure to know. I hired broadband and telephone services on March 13th until today I have no connection! already sent 3 technicians for wrong addresses I never received a technician in my house, in the correct address that is in my registration! after i left a negative review 3 agents called on this Saturday 28/03 to make sure my problem would be solved on Monday, 03/30. AND GUESS? a technician called me to schedule a visit on the next 3 days it’s ridiculous they don’t give a S* for customers and frustration time is unreal!! THIS COMPANY AND A BIT OF S* IS THE SAME THING! I cannot even cancel the contact because AFTER 1 month service has not been activated counting days to get it active so I can cancel this F* S* company from my life! RUN! RUN NEVER HIRE EIR company is a trash

This is the bad choice EVER do not contract they services! None! I have been swap from pure telecom to Eir broadband and phone. After 21 days of contract the service I still with no CONNECTION I have call them more than 31 times it is ridiculous.
They have the worst customer service that I have seen in my whole life.
RUN FROM THEM THE PRICE WILL NOT BE ENOUGH TO KEEP U IN PEACE !
Do not contract them! NEVER , EVER!!!!
