I cancelled a subscription with them last year as received nothing for around 6 months. Thought they were scammers at the time. I did get a refund but without contact or authorisation they have charged my card for this year for over £260. Totally unacceptable and getting automated responses back. Have had to escalate to credit card company too and the Better Business Bureau. The BBB have helped a lot in the last with US companies so report to them too. Avoid this company.

All round excellence. Great service, product range and pricing.
No issues ever with delivery either and very quick to dispatch.

We were recommended to visit the Tonbridge store as it is sadly closing and are having a sale on. When we arrived the tent we wanted looked out of stock. Adam came over to assist and said he would check if any had been delivered. Luckily for us there was one left. Very happy customers and thanks Adam for going the extra mile for us. He also then jumped on the tills to help his colleagues clear the queue. Sad you are closing Tonbridge but you need to keep employees like Adam.

Great company. Subscribed too and you do not get bombarded with emails. Just stock and price cimmunications which have helped me source some great MRE's at very good prices.
Friendly service and dispatch times are incredible. Same day for my order and it was made late in the evening. Delivery service was great experience with UPS too.

Well packaged and delivered quickly. Good communication too. Good selection at realistic prices. Some hard to find packs here as well. I have no doubt I will be a repeat customer. Another big positive is they DON'T use Hermes for delivery.

Never had a bad experience. We have had 3 cancelled due to Covid and have had no issues with refunds or FCC. Just completed a British Isles cruise and it was fantastic. Pleased to see the happy staff again and we were treated so well. Also felt very safe from Covid as everyone had to vaccinated and have a negative test. Also paid for by RC unlike other travel companies. After trying a few others we now only use RC.
I have read the other reviews and its not great if that is their experiences but after 7 cruises and number 8 booked with RC we have no complaints. Exceptional staff too. Just dont start to rely on automated systems online please.

They use Hermes for deliveries. Thats all you need to know.

The Hermes Circus visits town again. This time have delivered to the wrong address. The photo is not my house. Also unable to trace where it is either. Everything is automated at Hermes so they "think" they have delivered it so cannot speak to anyone. I am now ceasing to use any company that delivers with these jokers.

Just left on the doorstep in full public view whilst we were out. We even have a car port where things could be left secure and out of sight.

Great selection of products and superb service.
Have used a couple of times now and no issues. Good quality products - I have tried samples - so great to stock up. May appear expensive but you get what you pay for. Will be back for more. Thanks EFS.

Keep unfulfiling orders.
Have placed a few orders for items showing in stock. After a few days delivery received with a few items missing. No communication to explain. Check website. Still showing as in stock. Ordered again. Delivery missing items. And repeat. Poor communication and have lost out as a few items were 3 for 2. Still charged for the 2 items though. Plenty of other competitors to buy from. No issues from them so doubt I will return to Go Outdoors. Shame.

The company that doesn't give a s@$t. The circus of the delivery industry is UPS. I just wish when ordering goods I am given an option as I would happily pay double not to have UPS come anywhere near my front door. To be fair they try their hardest too as they constantly delay deliveries and have even sent goods back overseas as undelivered without coming near my address. UPS are to delivering what Eurovision is to music.

Very quick service and good updates. Great product selection. I use a few prepping sites and these are up there with the best with their service and product range. Also receiving regular updates on out of stock items.

Paid for premium service. Delivery was late despite needing a 4 hour window. Interflora response is poor of we will feed this back. Thought would try again as been poor in the past. I send flowers regularly and normally source a local florist but thought would give them another try. Poor decision on my part. Avoid. Customer service is lacking too. Cut out the middle person and make your lofe easier and more cost effective
