filed complaint with Better Business Bureau as not getting anywhere directly
I cancelled a subscription with them last year as received nothing for around 6 months. Thought they were scammers at the time. I did get a refund but without contact or authorisation they have charged my card for this year for over £260. Totally unacceptable and getting automated responses back. Have had to escalate to credit card company too and the Better Business Bureau. The BBB have helped a lot in the last with US companies so report to them too. Avoid this company.
