Awful company

Awful company. Wish I’d read these before using. Over charge you by 50% of the whole days fee if 5mins late.zero customer service as I wrote to them and they can’t even be bothered to reply.

This is what I sent to the info@ email address and didn’t even get a reply.

To save you reading - buy a cheap feather fence and replace when necessary. Cheaper in the long run.

Hi,
I just thought you should receive some feedback direct rather than just put it out in the open on trust pilot. I’m emailing you to express how bitterly disappointed I am with my very expensive purchase over a year ago.
The composite fence has not been fit for purpose and ever since we installed them they have bent and bowed to the point where I have now had to replace every single panel with concrete posts. This means the panels need to be braced with more plastic within the post to make sure they’re rigid. The slated screens have come loose in the wind on the posts and due to the warping and bending, crashed to the ground and all of them bar 2 (which were not exposed) have needed replacing. I wish I’d just gone for cheap feather panels at £30 a pop and never bothered with this site or the expense. The posts being concreted in last summer only to do it all again this summer with something that can withstand a UK winter is not what I bargained for. It’s not even style over substance as they don’t look that good. So gutted.

Help themselves to money based on an…

Help themselves to money based on an email that goes in to your junk. No courtesy call, or an email that needs to be verified by clicking a button to confirm the email has been received. On top of that, shop around and it's much cheaper. Awful company

Disgusting customer service from South Africa

The recent 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Put through to horrible, aggressive women in South Africa who don't listen and talk over you. They also contracdict themselves constantly. I was sent a bill for £0 and then new bills started again for the previous amount based on a property I haven't owned for over a year. They told me they needed a meter reading then found out from a different aggressive woman that they did have a meter reading. Sadly the energy companies out there are just lawless and don't care. This was a properly horrible experience and I inherited them as a supplier because the previous supplier went bust. This for a property that was vacant when the switch was carried out.

Really bad

Took my money very efficiently without saying that their delivery service was not fit for purpose. Door was £50 and delivery was £30 so 60% of the cost of the door and then they couldn't even get it sorted for delivery.
I've been waiting a month now so I've cancelled and 10 days later, I've still not been refunded.
