I dropped off my order to return to a…

I dropped off my order to return to a company on Tuesday the 29th of August. I paid for my parcel to be delivered on Thursday the 31st of August before 12PM. It is now almost 2 weeks since I dropped it off and it is still at the access point drop off. I got an email stating they could not get hold of the shop I dropped it off too but nothing since. Absolutely useless company that I will not use again given I’ve lost out on almost £10 for delivery and a refund of £34.99 as the item will not be delivered in time for the refund!!!! Beyond annoyed and disappointed with this company. It stated turtle beach on the parcel packaging so no doubt someone has taken it for themselves. I want my parcel back as I’m not going to get my refund or the £34.95 + delivery charge which is the refund amount + delivery I paid for that has not happened!!!!

Brought a track suit jacket for my dad…

Brought a track suit jacket for my dad as he had been telling me how he used to wear it back when he was younger. He was really happy with the item and said it’s just like back in the day!! He has already given me a list of other stuff he wants next!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I wish I could give 0 stars. Why companies are still using this shocking service I do not know. Have been expecting my order since Wednesday but as it’s being sent in two different packages one has gone missing! Extremely unacceptable service and I truly hope companies open their eyes and choose someone better. The state of some of these reviews, yet they’re still being used??? No information other than ‘at depot’ for one part of the order that was due no later than Wednesday!! The other item has been ‘lost’ which I find highly unlikely considering it’s a baby changing unit!!! I wish I could have chosen who would be delivering it, as it definitely would not be this company. HIGHLY ADVISE RETHINKING WHETHER YOU SHOULD ORDER FROM PLACES IF THIS COMPANY IS BEING USED! Wish I checked the reviews myself first!!!

Me and my partner have visited window…

Me and my partner have visited window to the womb twice during this pregnancy. Once for an early gender reveal and second for the 4D premium package. Both times the staff have been super friendly, helpful and patient even when little one has been a bit shy!! They were happy for me to go off for a walk and return to see if we could get a better picture of her which was really nice as I know how much of a wriggler she is.
I would recommend visiting them for additional scans to the NHS ones as they put mine and my partners minds at ease each time we have been.

Always have a delivery from Hermes at…

Always have a delivery from Hermes at least twice a week. Haha. If not me another family member! Always come between the times they state and never had a problem! Gentleman is always friendly and smiling!!

Never had a problem with Hermes

Never had a problem with Hermes, have regular deliveries. The man is always friendly and polite! The only thing I do get a little stressed over is that sometimes it will leave me hanging all day or until the parcel has delivered before it lets me know a time or where it is, but other than that it’s absolutely great, always!

Poor

Ordered on the 28th May through finance and was informed it had been declined. 2 weeks later received an email that I needed to pick a time slot. When I called they advised there had been an error their end. After waiting almost 4 weeks for my bed it turned up with a missing bracket for the tv (ordered a tv bed) and the headboard was ripped. I had to then wait 2 extra weeks for this to be replaced. 10 days later the side wood part that holds up the slats has crumbled and broke around 30cm long and 5 cm wide. Called them to advise them of this to be informed I need to wait another 3 weeks to have this investigated and cannot cancel the order as it’s past the 14 days mark. However my bed was not fully functional as described in their description until the 4th June. Now having to wait until the 2nd July to wait for an inspection to see if it was faulty if so I can cancel my order, if not I’m stuck with a bed that has broken and unable to use/lay down on.

Appalled by the whole service and would not recommend anyone to use them.
