small order, BIG service.

Your customer service was tiptop! Even though my order consisted of only two small LEDs, I was made to feel like my order was as important to you as an order of twenty thousand would be. My inquiry received a reply in less than one full business day, and I was given accurate information.

A wise purchase!

The light I ordered for my rechargeable flashlight did not disappoint. It really was "Super-Bright" as compared to the incandescent that it replaced, which was outperformed by a candle. And perhaps the best part was that it arrived in my mailbox only two days after I ordered it! No lengthy wait! And, I like ordering from U.S. based companies, like superbrightleds. "Keep it in the family", so to speak.
I am a VERY satisfied customer, with one trifling complaint - not everyone can use QR codes. When you offer one, please include the corresponding URL.
OOPS! Now I have another complaint. You have to give reviewers a chance at final approval on the photo submitted. The one you have is useless and was chosen by accident. I would like to submit a better one, but there is no mechanism for doing so.

I placed the order on the 9th

I placed the order on the 9th. On the 10th, I got a Happy Birthday from these bozos and my birthday is in March. On the 11th, I get invited to review my experience, and I haven't even received the item yet.
Whoever has programmed these automated responses needs to go back to coding school.
Update: I received a reply from the company today, the 12th, and they say that they will have a look at their system and make corrections where necessary. I do respect a company that actually responds to consumer complaints with something more than a form letter.

Very satisfying online shopping experience.

I like very much that you provide COMPLETE information about your products, including important details like physical size, mounting configuration, and so on. I never like it when shipping costs more than the product, but I understand. As a hobbyist who usually needs only one or a few parts, this happens to me regularly. Not your fault at all. Note that I am NOT suggesting that you raise your prices! ;)
