I placed the order on the 9th
I placed the order on the 9th. On the 10th, I got a Happy Birthday from these bozos and my birthday is in March. On the 11th, I get invited to review my experience, and I haven't even received the item yet.
Whoever has programmed these automated responses needs to go back to coding school.
Update: I received a reply from the company today, the 12th, and they say that they will have a look at their system and make corrections where necessary. I do respect a company that actually responds to consumer complaints with something more than a form letter.
