Do not use, will likely overbook and move your flight

Booked with this airline for the first and last time. Placed two bookings for the same outbound flight but different return date. Months later, was advised that my flight had been changed for one of the bookings but not the other from Friday evening to Friday morning as they had overbooked. Was unable to keep both bookings at my original requested time so ended up having to changing both to the earlier time and 3 passengers losing a day of work, all to waste more time during the layover.

So far 100% likelihood of flight being rescheduled so would not use again.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered item on Black Friday, which was lost in delivery (Evri). LookFantastic unable to send a replacement as it was sold out. Also refused to provide the next best item as a replacement, meaning I was left with only a refund for which the item now costs over £100 more than what I spent.

LookFantastic chose to use Evri as the courier and ultimately did not take responsibility or provide an acceptable resolution.

Great staff, great bank

Very easy process to open an account and friendly staff to advise and update on your application. Rob was able to complete my application in good time and kept me updated every step of the way. App is clear and easy to use. Would recommend!

Had a small issue but was resolved

Made a large purchase with Envirobuild for composite decking. Went to fit this approximately 10 days later only to find a few boards damaged.

Contacted to try to resolve regarding the damaged boards and was told it was too late and that the items should have been inspected up to 2 days max after delivery, even though the order was for over a tonne of materials. Which is an unrealistic timescale, would be understandable for a small delivery but not large ones.

I had to escalate this to a manager, Jacob, who was very helpful and had outstanding customer service and was able to resolve the issue and send out the replacements which arrived the next day.

Initially gave a lower rating due to the service at the beginning with the damaged products but updated to a 4* as this was resolved promptly once escalated. Would recommend you do the same if you encounter the same issue as they can assess on a case by case basis.
Would have given a 5* if escalation was not required in the first instance.

By far the worst courier service…

By far the worst courier service available.

Constant problems with parcels to be received and this issue persists across multiple areas. Always receive failures to deliver after I've spent the whole day waiting. The tracking then says it will be delivered on the next working day but Evri seems to have it's own working week of one day (if that) as I then don't receive an update until a week later that it is being attempted again. Try to contact customer service but they use the most useless virtual assistant that just repeats the tracking information and doesn't allow you to get through and speak to someone, so nothing you can do but wait several weeks for your parcel to be delivered.

For all companies out there, this is literally the worst service you can use and doesn't reflect well to your customers. I have now started to avoid shopping with retailers that use this courier as it takes several weeks to a month to deliver a parcel.

Rude and useless support team

Ordered a pair of trousers online almost a month ago and still haven't received the item or the refund.

The problems started a few days after the order was placed.
I received an email saying they had sorted the package incorrectly and it was going to be delayed. I get in contact 2 weeks later having still not received any updates and was told UPS delivered the parcel to an access point (no delivery attempt had been made to my home). At this point I no longer needed the item so told Ralph Lauren customer service to return to sender. Fast forward another 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the useless support team to do something. Support team are also very rude and denying responsibility.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Laptops are over priced and very problematic. Support is even worse than the laptops... Have had issues with the fan, screen, webcam and continuous issues with the battery bloating. Have had to replace twice now (at my own cost because of the poor support).
Sent back the laptop once before and to do so requires several weeks of going back and forth due to poor response times and badly managed support. This then took close to two months of no laptop and no updates.
Battery has bloated twice now which is very dangerous to keep and use.

Laptops look and feel nice but problematic when you start to use. Avoid the headache and go with a reputable brand.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Have had several issues with my laptop (Razer 15). Every time I contact Razer, they drag out the whole process asking question after question while taking on average 3 days to reply each time.

I was initially told that my product was out of warranty (which it wasn't - guessing this is just to scam those that they can)
When finally getting to the stage of having to send the laptop for repair, I receive no updates regarding the process.
I was told the repair would take 2 weeks, this passed and still nothing. I emailed to request an update, to which I received a response that a request has been sent to the technicians for one. After waiting for another week, I then emailed again, and was once again told another request will be made to the technicians. Another week later, I send another email (now the 3rd) to request an update and to also escalate the issue. This gets totally ignored and am told again a request has been sent to a technician.

Don't buy Razer products - it's a cycle of repetitive faults and terrible service where you get nowhere!

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Requested a parcel be sent next day to arrive on a Thursday. Waited all day to be told it would then arrive on the Friday. Again, waited all day and now the parcel has been returned to the depot. Do not use - Total time wasters and thieves.
