By far the worst courier service…

By far the worst courier service available.

Constant problems with parcels to be received and this issue persists across multiple areas. Always receive failures to deliver after I've spent the whole day waiting. The tracking then says it will be delivered on the next working day but Evri seems to have it's own working week of one day (if that) as I then don't receive an update until a week later that it is being attempted again. Try to contact customer service but they use the most useless virtual assistant that just repeats the tracking information and doesn't allow you to get through and speak to someone, so nothing you can do but wait several weeks for your parcel to be delivered.

For all companies out there, this is literally the worst service you can use and doesn't reflect well to your customers. I have now started to avoid shopping with retailers that use this courier as it takes several weeks to a month to deliver a parcel.
