Juliet was fantastic!

Juliet made the whole booking process seamless. She chose the most fantastic hotel for our trip and was constantly on hand to ensure everything was perfect. It was our anniversary whilst away and she organised our table reservations and also had a card left at the table for us - what a lovely touch! If you ar thinking of booking a holiday use Juliet for a hassle free experience!

Awful service

Placed the order and paid for next day delivery. Delivery took four days so order arrived after the day I needed to actually wear it. Evans don’t care. They just say their terms state they are not responsible for late deliveries so why bother offering and charging for next day? Item being sent back as it is no use to me now and now I have to pay not only
Delivery but a £1.99 return to stock fee. They haven’t bothered replying to me either. Will never use them again.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. Save yourself time, money and sanity and do not use them. Ordered a chair - over two weeks later I still didn’t have it. Contacted customer service as tracking shows it’s been in the delivery warehouse for 10 days. They claim they can’t contact the warehouse. I did their job for them and contacted the warehouse who tell me it’s been sent back to wayfair. I help wayfair out by telling them and it gets ignored. Someone will look in to it. Another day goes by and I contact them again to be told someone will look in to it and get the delivery tracking. Laughable: it’s been returned to you!!!! Then told I’ll get a replacement by 4th August - one month after I ordered. I declined and was sent a standard refund message. No apology or solution. They are totally ineffective and I wouldn’t waste your time!

I paid for next day delivery and it…

I paid for next day delivery and it took you four days to deliver. I also requested you leave parcel IN the enclosed porch but that was way too hard so it was just left outside. I tried to speak to the delivery driver on the doorbell but he walked away.

Avoid. Useless products and bad service

Delivery took an extraordinarily long time and their responses to querying when I would receive it were inefficient. When it finally did arrive, it was faulty. I emailed again to say the legs were faulty and would fit the table. I was offered a partial refund of 25%. No idea why they thought this was in any way acceptable or of any value whatsoever for a table that could not be used. They then replied offering me a partial refund of £50% (and to keep the faulty table). Again, what they expected me to do with a half price table with legs that didn’t fit I don’t know. Finally they sent a full refund.
Extremely long delivery - faulty product - refund chasing. Never again! Cheap products and awful service.

They sent completely the wrong items

They sent completely the wrong items as what I ordered was out of stock. No explanation or pre-notification. When I called what I had ordered was then out of stock so I can’t have it. They were quick to take my money though!! To cap it off I have to wait up to seven days for a refund. Won’t buy from them again.
