If I could give less than one star I would. Save yourself time, money and sanity and do not use them. Ordered a chair - over two weeks later I still didn’t have it. Contacted customer service as tracking shows it’s been in the delivery warehouse for 10 days. They claim they can’t contact the warehouse. I did their job for them and contacted the warehouse who tell me it’s been sent back to wayfair. I help wayfair out by telling them and it gets ignored. Someone will look in to it. Another day goes by and I contact them again to be told someone will look in to it and get the delivery tracking. Laughable: it’s been returned to you!!!! Then told I’ll get a replacement by 4th August - one month after I ordered. I declined and was sent a standard refund message. No apology or solution. They are totally ineffective and I wouldn’t waste your time!
