Britannia has responded with a positive outcome to the issue I had so well done and 4 Stars well-earned.
One mark deducted as their letter did imply that I was "continuing to breach terms and conditions" which isn't true and is perhaps just not worded very well.

My parcel was left outside my property…

My parcel was left outside my property hanging from the letterbox. As I was out of the house all day this was a clear advertisement to any burglar that I was not at home. Customer Services have neither apologised nor investigated this with the delivery company (who are they using as I notice there are a number of other delivery complaints on here?) despite numerous emails from me. A different person replies to me each time, referring to Joules' 10% off first order offer which has uncommunicated exceptions! Customer Services either address the wrong issue or ask for photos ... as I returned very late and extremely tired on the day the parcel was delivered and had been using my mobile all day, I did not stand around taking photographs!
Their customer review link expires after a few days and I see Joules only reply on Trustpilot to 5 Star reviews! What a way to treat your customers!

Home Emergency claim

I have had exactly the same experience as the last person reviewing a few days ago. Having called the Home Emergency number and explained to 2 people the situation, The original claim raised towards the end of November had been closed, despite me paying £25 excess and trying - unsuccessfully - to get their approved boiler engineers to give a commitment to a time they could attend, usually some time within a 4-5 hour range!! I'm furious that the claim has been closed, without even returning my £25, or notifying me and not taking into account 2-3 week office shutdown for Christmas/New Year. I have asked for a Manager to call me back and that was 3 hours ago. Nothing. Awful customer service...I would not rush to recommend them at all for Home Insurance.

Review of Saint and Sofia

Black polo neck ribbed top

I love this too and haven’t stopped wearing it since it arrived. It’s top quality, lovely and thick but still light to wear and just the right length, particularly the arms. Well done Saint + Sofia.
My only comment would be perhaps loosen the polo neck a little bit. I wasn’t aware I had a particularly wide neck! But it’s a wee bit tight when you take it off.

I would like to write a positive review…

I would like to write a positive review about Max Novelty as I feel some of the reviews on here are incorrect. I did have to wait 6-7 weeks for my order and it did take one email from me to chase but given the current circumstances we find ourselves in, I don't think that's too long to wait at all.

The painting by numbers set itself is absolutely lovely, very therapeutic and well worth the wait. The acrylic paints are a very high quality and the image is on beautiful material not paper or card as I thought it would be. I'm really enjoying this painting project. There is even a set of hook and screws to hang the finished product. My only feedback would be perhaps given the intricate nature of the work, the brushes could be slightly better quality to avoid going over the lines.

Many thanks Max Novelty for making my lock down now very enjoyable and I was already enjoying the calm and nature returning.

Made a general enquiry via the website…

Made a general enquiry via the website to which I received a reply after several days saying that I'd sent it to the wrong email address. So I asked if they could pls forward on to the right department (as they were in the same company)
I was told that they couldn't (something to do with their system). So, I've given up for the time being as I have other things to do!
