Home Emergency claim
I have had exactly the same experience as the last person reviewing a few days ago. Having called the Home Emergency number and explained to 2 people the situation, The original claim raised towards the end of November had been closed, despite me paying £25 excess and trying - unsuccessfully - to get their approved boiler engineers to give a commitment to a time they could attend, usually some time within a 4-5 hour range!! I'm furious that the claim has been closed, without even returning my £25, or notifying me and not taking into account 2-3 week office shutdown for Christmas/New Year. I have asked for a Manager to call me back and that was 3 hours ago. Nothing. Awful customer service...I would not rush to recommend them at all for Home Insurance.
