After using the Samsung trade in offer they supplied a bag and sticker to send my mobile phone back in ,after sending the phone perfectly packaged in the box its mysteriously vanished and THERE postage doesn't even cover half of the cost of the phone !!!! Be careful!!!!

Basically if your sending anything by post I suggest you DO NOT this company for the second time now A MOBILE PHONE has arrived at Chelmsford delivery office and strangely gone missing!!! This tells me that royal mail employ thieves as certainly got there and strangely has vanished !!!! I'd advise using a different company as I'm now considerably out of pocket !!!

ABSOLUTE FAKE TRASH !!! This company is a complete scam it sends out what you'd think were BOSS tshirts yet they are ridiculously cheap fakes that have a grotesque stench to them !! Not only that they large versions they'd sent would just about fit a 7 year old !!! SERIOUSLY AVOID ,I've never seen such trash fakes in my life !!!

After being dubious about an offer that looked too good to be true it was !!! The 'BOSS' Tshirts I'd ordered were clearly fakes with transfer badges made from poor material!! Not only that they smelt like they were made from old rubber tyres and were like a toddlers size !!!! Major SCAMMERS avoid at all costs!!!

After buying a bike that wasn't cheap from Keiron at Macclesfield i was also promised it would be fully valeted as it had dirt in various places that was pretty noticeable especially the wheels and forks amogst other areas ...this didn't happen the bikes not even been cleaned at all !!! I also paid EXTRA for a full service and the bike has come and i can't change gear which is the MAIN reason I bought it as I'm transitioning to geared bikes!!! I hope to get this sorted ASAP as I have so many weeks before my test !!! Obviously at the moment I wouldn't trust these to do there job ......AVOID !!!

After 30 years after awfully painful psoriasis,trying every cream and lotion under the sun I finally had the phototherapy light treatment which got rid of it totally !! Then three months later it came back after consulting my dermatologist I'm only told I CANNOT have the treatment for 12 months which I find disgusting!! I'm back to sleepless itchy nights,looking like a leper and waking g up with bloodstained sheets due to itching in the night!!! Well done NHS for deciding when i can have these treatments !!!!

I have recently discovered that I've bought 2 pairs of Adidas terrex R2 trainers off amazon that Adidas themselves have confirmed as fake !! Trying to alert amazon of this is impossible and the purchases were a while ago on an account that's now closed ! Be aware amazon sells good copied FAKE PRODUCTS!!!

I've already left a review ,after swapping over from ovo I was never told I'd lose my 300 odd credit that I'd accumulated over the past year so I've now swapped back !!! Also there customer service team are incredibly rude !!

After switching to this company my existing credit completely went from my old company, this was something I was not made aware of so now I've changed back to OVO to get my existing credit !!! This company needs better sales staff

I ordered 3 items from YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE UK only to have 2 of the 3 items delivered,so I obviously emailed them and after no reply called!! The man on the phone advised all the items had been given different tracking numbers and the one with the console bag was showing as an error,we ended the call with him saying he would be in touch!! Needless to say I've heard nothing, no email or phone call with a delivery date or time but have received a second email saying my parcels been delivered!! If I get shrugged off again today I'm lodging it with trading standards as this is very poor customer service communication and delivery!!

After ordering an aftershave online to be sent to a store for NEXT DAY delivery it's 4 days later and it's still not there so I now have nothing for my sons birthday tomorrow!! When speaking to customer services Jade just advised ot was the couriers fault so I can only assume they don't know where my gift is !! Cheers superdrug !!

Firstly I received a helmet that was substandard and not safe!! Then I had generic emails sent out when trying to return!! Then I was advised it could be exchanged or repaired!! Eventually after being ignored by one of your staff Keeley came to my rescue and arranged for a return!! Helmets are incredibly poor and the customer service needs sorting out plus to have no telephone number to call is a joke !!! I will never even recommend or purchase from ruroc again !!!

Ordered the eox helmet with shock wave to be severely disappointed!! When swapping the check pads over to the smaller size the side of the helmet inside just came away as in not stuck/fixed correctly and then when trying to remove the visor the lever and mechanism just do not work !! Absolutely gutted at the poor quality build and lack of communication when trying to return it !!
UPDATE : Please note the reply from ruroc it's a pre typed response sent to anyone with issues !! They have offered me an exchange or repair now so I'm stuck with a substandard helmet that I should be refunded for may go to trading standards

UPDATE: still nothing arranged for my faulty helmet to be returned and it's the 6th not heard from this amazing company makes you wonder why you can't contact them by phone as well big red flag there !!

Ordered a suitcase that was specified to be at my house for a certain date which was perfect as I needed it for travel the next day and then it arrived 3 days later by which time I'd had to purchase another case and travelled!!!

After ordering a suitcase I needed and was made aware would be here today to use for mu holiday Monday I'm now fxxked,no idea when this case is coming because DHL have no idea of keeping customers in the loop when delivering items!! I also spent all day waiting in so cheers DHL for fxxxing up my holiday !!!

Absolutely appalling customer service and engineer service after waiting in till 1pm on a Saturday i get a message to say the engineer could be up to 3 hours late !!! After rearranging a new day with another morning to get the sky sorted I waited in AGAIN for another whole day to be told there was a mistake on there system even though I'd had confirmation it had been booked in !! Luckily I've fixed it myself as relying on sky engineers and skys p1ss p00r customer services I'd be sat here paying for nothing !! Seriously considering cancelling!!!!!
