VERY POOR QUALITY

Ordered the eox helmet with shock wave to be severely disappointed!! When swapping the check pads over to the smaller size the side of the helmet inside just came away as in not stuck/fixed correctly and then when trying to remove the visor the lever and mechanism just do not work !! Absolutely gutted at the poor quality build and lack of communication when trying to return it !!
UPDATE : Please note the reply from ruroc it's a pre typed response sent to anyone with issues !! They have offered me an exchange or repair now so I'm stuck with a substandard helmet that I should be refunded for may go to trading standards
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
UPDATE: still nothing arranged for my faulty helmet to be returned and it's the 6th not heard from this amazing company makes you wonder why you can't contact them by phone as well big red flag there !!
