They just ignore you as if you don’t count!!

Plants we ordered were damaged when delivered. One of the plants a tomato was upside down in its pot.
Have tried to get in touch but there is no response. Sent an email they responded with automated reply. Saying they are busy.
So far as we are concerned they are a waste of space.
In the past we have been very satisfied with seeds plants and service but not now.
Perhaps they should train their staff better and employ more people.

Tomato plants received upside down and damaged!!!

We ordered tomato plants to be delivered to our house. They arrived on Saturday but they were in a terrible state. One of the plants was upside down in its pot. Another was sort of sideways on.
Trying to report this has proved almost impossible because their phones seem to be constantly busy.
Have dealt with Marshalls before and found them fine. This time however they’ve proved more than disappointing!!

Unreliable with poor delivery company!

Unreliable and poor delivery service.
Yodel are not the best delivery company. Some plants left in full sun.
Also my wife had to contact Mr Fothergills re a recent order she was told by a staff member it must have gone astray but they would arrange for redelivery. Unfortunately though Mr Fothergills themselves had not picked up it hadn’t been delivered. I suspect we won’t be using them in future unless we are desperate!!

A positive experience. The company offers a wide range of products fish, shellfish, crustaceans fish cakes etc. Easy to order and prompt efficient delivery. Delicious dressed crab. Still to taste the other items ordered.

ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU SICK!!

Diabolical parking.
We attended Warrington Hospital today for two appointments. Unfortunately it took us well over half an hour to get a parking space.
Of course we weren’t the only people in that predicament!!
What poor facilities for a public service. ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU SICK!!

A big let down!!

I got in touch with this company regarding a legal matter to do with employment etc. At first things seemed positive BUT! then I paid £44 extra to receive a phone call thinking it would be easier to chat. Unfortunately the company didn’t get back me and I waited till the following day but still no response (not even to my texts!)

You failed me at a really difficult time! But you took my money. You are CROOKED!

Devious Practice



If you go on the App and choose your numbers then go to pay the app automatically seems to assume you’re going to have a bet on two days. Instead of how it used to be when you were the one to chose which day. Therefore you could easily press the accept button and pay twice before you realise what’s going on! This seems a bit devious to me.

Today I looked at Asda’s website and saw that they sell 500g bags of green lentils.
My wife then went to buy them. No sign at all of any bags of green lentils. BLOODY USELESS.

Incompetence Running Rife!

Without any prior consultation as to whether we might be available We received an appointment letter from Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals to attend an Ultra Sound scan at Halton Health Hub, Runcorn. Unfortunately we are not able to attend on the said date.
Therefore we phoned to cancel and rearrange as advised on the letter-“If you are unable to attend for your appointment or you would like to rearrange please contact us immediately for an alternative date. Your prompt action will enable us to offer this appointment to another patient.”
When we phoned whilst we were able to cancel we were told they could not rearrange as per the above but that another letter would be sent out again without prior consultation as to whether or not we would be available. This has proved a waste of our time and of NHS staff time and presumably a waste of money for staff time , postage, stationery etc.

Time and again we hear the NHS is short of cash and we would say it’s no wonder with such incompetence.

Incompetent company

Over recent years I have had good service from Yodel.
However yesterday 1.2.2025 I should have received a delivery from Laithwaites as advised by Laithwaites.
I went to Yodel’s app on my phone to discover that the item had been returned to Laithwaites on the previous day 31.1.2025 with no explanation at all!
It’s just as if they had decided not to deliver.
Totally unacceptable!
