Overall, I think the medication gave me a more positive mood. Improvements were small, but numerous: less irritable, more energetic, more future-oriented, having more contact with people, i.e. volunte... See more

Do your homework
Do your homework. There are many equally therapeutic platforms that are literally %80 less expensive and offer the same support and services. I’m not going to name the other companies because I don’t want to seem like I’m promoting one over the other, but if you do the math of cost/day of treatment mindbloom is charging you $30/day while other companies will charge between $4-$15/ day. A month of twice weekly ketamine doses costs about $80 from a compound pharmacy. Don’t pay over $1000 per month for them to keep being a Marketing empire.
MINDBLOOM HURTS NOT HEALS
I feel called to share my experience with Mindbloom to help prevent others from going through what I went through. What began as hope for healing quickly turned into a series of harmful, negligent, and deeply frustrating encounters.
Mindbloom mishandled my care at multiple levels:
• Repeated Errors in Medication Delivery: My ketamine was shipped to the wrong address not once, not twice, but three times—even after I had corrected the address in writing. This is not only negligent but dangerous, considering ketamine is a controlled substance.
• Gaslighting and Lack of Accountability: Instead of taking full responsibility, the company repeatedly shifted blame, minimized the harm done, and even canceled my program while we were in the middle of resolving account issues.
• Expired ID and Compliance Concerns: Mindbloom clinicians issued prescriptions under an expired state medical license, which raises serious legal and ethical red flags.
• Financial Disputes and Harassment: I was charged for sessions that were canceled, pressured by staff to continue when I had already declined further services, and harassed with repeated calls despite clear written communication asking them to stop.
What hurt the most was not just the mistakes, but the way they treated me in the aftermath—without compassion, integrity, or accountability. As a patient, I deserved safe, responsible care and respectful communication. Instead, I was left feeling retraumatized by a company that positions itself as a guide to healing.
If you are considering at-home ketamine treatment, I strongly recommend researching other providers who uphold higher standards of safety, transparency, and patient care. Healing is sacred work. Companies that handle controlled substances and vulnerable patients must be held to the highest standard.
My hope in writing this is to shed light on what can happen behind the marketing promises, and to encourage others to protect themselves by asking hard questions before trusting a company with their healing journey.
You must be very flexible to use this service
The customer service team is nice but it's hard to get communication. They apparently changed their pharmacy and are having delays. After scheduling an appointment 3 weeks out they still had to cancel it and have no idea when their pharmacy will be able to deliver. I understand things happen but they require a lot from their patients for scheduling and prep but then they don't give the same consideration. I've been trying to get an update for over a week and they still do not know anything.
Mindbloom opened a door I’d tried to deadbolt for years.
Mindbloom opened a door I’d tried to deadbolt for years. The onboarding was warm, the nasal spray kit arrived fast, and my first two journeys peeled back layers of long-locked sadness. Session three, though, felt rushed—my guide was new and the integration call barely scratched the surface. I still walk lighter, but four stars because the human handoff matters as much as the molecule.

I recently ordered Ketamine from Mindbloom. I used them 3 years ago and it was mostly positive. It helped my depression then, but this time I had a bad experience and it made my depression worse. Either they changed the formula or it's watered down. So I discontinued it and requested a cancelation. In short they billed me a $516 Cancelation Fee for medication I haven't even received. I had already paid $286 originally. So in short I paid almost $800 for 3 bad trips. Additionally I didn't even receive my initial package with necessary BP monitor, mask, etc. I'm 62 years old and this is the worse customer service experience of my life. These people have NO compassion whatsoever. Thanks for the stress and making my health condition worse.

Please don't waste your money on this…
Please don't waste your money on this program. Go through an online physician to prescribe your meds. I personally went through them and had horrible experiences. Took them over a week to get medication. Then they offered me 30 dollar credit for my troubles. Laughable. Ketamine is very inexpensive. Decline bloom box. Buy a bp cuff online.

Terrible clinical and integration support. You're on your own.
The 'integration' guide didn't do anything and wanted to get off the call as soon as possible so she could check the box. I reached out to the clinical team with side effects and they couldn't answer many of my questions and treated it as if it wasn't a big deal. I had wildly different experiences at the same dose of injectibles, and when I expressed concern about this I was blown off.

I loved the experience but disappointed with being let go and having to wait 6 months to cope with my mental health
I loved the experience. Some things were not clear and it may have been on my end. I misunderstood the times I was supposed to have the sessions and when to check-in with the guide versus the doctor. Unfortunately due to the miscommunication (some of which is completely my fault because of my hectic lifestyle, moving recently and the death of my mother) I now have been discontinued and have to wait 6 months.

Great deal of help
Great deal of help, way better if you can get your regular therapist to agree to let you dose while in their office/practice. Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy is only meant to be a tool to be combined with therapy, or is most effective when used with such. It's good for you either way about it, if you're a fit candidate. Maybe melt into yourself. Peace and love, please do well and treat yourself with love.

Definitely 5 STARS
Definitely 5 STARS - this company goes above and beyond with support, tailoring your medication to fit your needs, check ups, groups and so much more than just “another” medication. I was on VA meds for years and now I’m almost to the point where I feel like I don’t need them which is HUGE!

Mindbloom is an incredibly well structured thorough and very supportive environment.
This is all very new to me and being able to experience it in the comfort of my own home is highly therapeutic.
Mindbloom is fantastic but the shipping process is a complete nightmare
Mindbloom and their staff have been nothing but fantastic, the only issues have been with the shipping process, which have been plentiful and extremely frustrating. If they could coordinate the delivery of medications better, it would change the outcomes in my opinion, as the amount of frustration, effort and time spent simply to receive the medication has caused significant stress that was meant to be dealt with through this program. Just being completely honest in this review as it genuinely has made me second guess my choice.
