Although I had paid for a much larger parcel than the size I was posting the shop attendant measured it and said it was only just within their limits which were posted over the counter as 60cmx50cmx50cm. Thankfully they accepted it.

Poor communication

The poor communication from the company left me feeling that I wouldn’t use their service again. I wasn’t clear on what the bike had been sold for and they didn’t issue a statement after the auction. When I contacted them they did send me the information I had to to query the amount as it was incorrect.

Our vendor statements were sent out on the Thursday after the sale as advised in the vendor delivery instructions, and all the sold prices were displayed on the website the evening of the sale. However we fully accept and sincerely apologise that your initial statement was incorrect, an error which was quickly rectified, but is still not up to our usual standards of communication. We hope that you will accept our apologies and perhaps now reconsider using our services again.

Lost my order

I had to chase up the order and then give evidence that I had paid for it as it couldn’t be found. They had lost the order and without asking whether I wanted the plants they refunded me. I am now left without the plants I ordered!

Great quality and price

After looking for a diffuser for some time the Ivy Diffuser caught my eye because it looked like the same model as much more expensive ones I had been looking at. It was easy to setup and works great. Really pleased and may buy another for my bedroom!
