Poor communication

The poor communication from the company left me feeling that I wouldn’t use their service again. I wasn’t clear on what the bike had been sold for and they didn’t issue a statement after the auction. When I contacted them they did send me the information I had to to query the amount as it was incorrect.

We are so sorry to hear that our communication on this occasion let you down. Our vendor statements were sent out on the Thursday after the sale as advised in the vendor delivery instructions, and all the sold prices were displayed on the website the evening of the sale. However we fully accept and sincerely apologise that your initial statement was incorrect, an error which was quickly rectified, but is still not up to our usual standards of communication. We hope that you will accept our apologies and perhaps now reconsider using our services again.
