Shocking. Booked to use the Nottingham to Birmingham service to be informed rudely by a member of staff that the coach was 45 minutes late. This was no good for us so had to taxi. Then tried to get a refund on fully flexible ticket! Impossible. It states you can do it online through your account but you can’t. Tried all email addresses and they ALL bounce back. Waited on phone for 40 mins. Can’t get through. Absolutely dire!

Customer Service Centre - absolutely terrible! Had an issue with a faulty Ryobi product still under warranty. Used the chat line 3 times. Although I had purchased the product online they said they needed a store to contact me to resolve. Surprise! No call from store. I made several requests to customer service chat line to resolve but they were having none of it son I emailed customer service. I had no response. I tried the chat again and they wouldn’t help and just pulled the plug on the conversation. I then called customer service just to be told they had a technical issue and to call back after 3 hours!! This is diabolical. Completely useless system and people that have absolutely have NO interest! I have purchased, and returned stuff to Amazon. Completely different experience! They are amazing! My advise to anyone would be: DON’T use B&Q, use Amazon! I certainly won’t be using them again for significant purchases!

Really Poor Company!
I decided to take a drawdown with another pension provider, accumulating all of my pots. My new pension provider started the ball rolling on 11th November 2024. On the 17th February 2025 NOW asked me to provide proof I had finished work and stopped paying in funds. Nothing happened for nearly another month whereby my new provider contacted them again. NOW asked them to submit another request for funds. Again nothing happened so I chased them directly on email. No response! It’s nearly 4 and a half months and nothing and in that time my pension is losing value. Poor business!

Very poor. They provide courtesy cars for Mini. Mine had to go into the dealership under warranty. Enterprise should have provided a car with 3 days notice. Phone call day before from Ilkeston saying that I needed to go into the Enterprise office to complete paperwork ( 5 miles from dealership) then they would provide a car following day but couldn’t give me a time! My car was booked in at 8am. Less than useless to me. I would think twice about using them if I were Mini. With all the technology surely this could be done via email? Crazy.

Absolute Liars!!!
I’ve been trying to get a refund for 2 months against my fathers account, he passed away in November. I’m now losing count of the times I’ve been told they have raised the cheque and it will be 7-10 days. Complete lies! The last time I was told by customer services and bereavement services the cheque had been posted! It hadn’t. I asked for an address so I can raise a court order through the small claims but neither dept came back to me! I have raised a complaint through the ombudsman and they have been absolutely fantastic and are taking up the case. I would urge anyone to contact the ombudsman. It’s a simple procedure and they are great! We should not let British Gas steal our money, this is basically what they are doing and they rely on us giving up.
BG - please don’t insult me by replying to this and saying how sorry you are! You’re not! Don’t tell me this isn’t your usual level of service. It is! Don’t ask me to contact you on social media - I don’t have it! Don’t ask me to contact customer services or bereavement services, both are equally useless and have done nothing!
