Awful experience with warranty…

Awful experience with warranty replacement- denied receipt until I provided proof of delivery - said a replacement order had been created - nothing. Crucial sort this out SGS16265487 or I’m going to be initiating a credit card chargeback for failing to honor warranty.

Delivery arrived missing a large…

Delivery arrived missing a large package. Apparently this had been damaged in transit. The delivery guy also damaged my car while unloaded his van.
All in all I am not happy. Given the feedback from other people about the delivery service I have to wonder why Tufferman keep using them.

As discussed previously all 10 parcels were dispatched from us together on the 1st, DX informed us that unfortunately 1 had been damaged during transit.
I am pleased we were able to sort this quickly for you and got replacements sent out on a next day service.

In regards to the damaged vehicle, we are so sorry once again to hear this.
This has been passed over to the relevant teams with DX and we hope this gets sorted as soon as possible for you.

Paid extra for 2 man delivery so bed could be carried to bedroom. Single Matress was left at bottom of stairs. Not impressed.

Normal service - awful

Courier arrived and immediately apologised that one of my 2 parcels had been left at the depot.
Asked if I was going to be home and said he would be back with it in 20 miutes.
3 hours later - nothing.
Also the contact customer service options on the website are hopeless.

Don’t want to support you

If you look for contact details for support on their website these days you won’t find anything- or at least I could not when my outdoor camera developed a fault. All to common these days. I could have purchased a replacement but decided to go with another company who have a proven track record for support. Eve Home

Unjustly expensive

This is a business- nothing more - driven by profit motives and nothing more. Beware of their charges. They will of course offer to discuss any issues you may have regarding costs - especially when raised in a public forum - but rest assured- your wasting your breath.

Scandalous prices

I don't doubt they know how to treat animals but I recently had a concern about my dogs front leg and rather let him suffer I took him for a checkup on a Sunday. The cost was £350 including the minimum fee of £275 for seeing a vet. 8 paracetamol tables cost me £30. This company care more about money than they do animals. I have spoken to them in person and their justification for the costs is not justified.

Very suspicious website and business…

Very suspicious website and business practice. The website always reports that your card transaction fails - in fact it never even tries to authorise payment. They then phone you up and expect you do continue the booking over the phone. Having read the other reviews I did not proceed and informed my bank who is issuing a new card.

Zero stars in reality. I work from home - I have CCTV - I know the delivery was not attempted yet got an email from UPS saying delivery was made. Spoke to Apple who started investigation. This is the 2nd consecutive incident with UPS.

Zero communication. Don't answer the phone, chat, or email.

After writing this I did get a call back and they explained they only answer recorded voice messages.

The item which was ordered did arrive swiftly.

Still think that good communication is vital however.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Got a message saying they had tried to deliver but I was not home. I was home - I checked CCTV - no attempt to deliver had been made. Spoke to UPS who said they had a different address than the one supplied by apple but could not explain why. The subsequent return of the item to Apple - went missing !!

Driver was nice but the latest version…

Driver was nice but the latest version of the app is very poor giving totally inaccurate estimated delivery times. As I refreshed the display it was saying 30 mins away - he's on delivery 62 of 63 at which point he arrived. A while after the delivery it was saying 15 mins away delivery 60 of 61 which seems very odd.
