Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Got a message saying they had tried to deliver but I was not home. I was home - I checked CCTV - no attempt to deliver had been made. Spoke to UPS who said they had a different address than the one supplied by apple but could not explain why. The subsequent return of the item to Apple - went missing !!
